Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are printed on demand and fulfilled via Printify. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.
(Note: weekends and holidays are not counted in the processing time.)

Rates are automatically calculated during checkout based on item weight, destination, and shipping speed.

For ease, we encourage using shipping flat rates, as a guide.

Alternatively, you may offer free shipping by factoring shipping costs into the product price.
4. International Shipping
International orders (outside your primary fulfillment country) typically fall under Standard or Priority delivery. Expect delivery times between 10 and 30 business days depending on destination and shipping method chosen.
Customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Tracking & Delivery Expectations

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Keep in mind that the delivery estimate combines production time + transit time.

For instance, if standard shipping states 5–8 days, this timeframe begins after production has concluded.

We suggest allowing a buffer of 8–15 business days, especially for orders during high-demand periods or international destinations.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
Please contact us if your tracking indicates an unexpected delay or if your item has not arrived within the estimated timeframe. We will investigate and resolve the issue.
7. Return to Sender / Undelivered Orders
If your package is returned due to an invalid address or delivery failure, we can resend the order for an additional shipping fee. Unfortunately, Printify cannot provide refunds for shipping-related issues originating from incorrect addresses.
8. Free Shipping Offers
From time to time, we may offer free shipping on select collections or order values. These promotions are clearly indicated on product pages and automatically applied during checkout if eligible.
9. Customs, Duties and Taxes:
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
10. Damages:
We are not liable for any product damage or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
